Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever for one person: your pipeline, quotes and invoices, your own booking page, and a place for documents. Upgrade to Starter when you want every channel in one inbox and Tara drafting for you.
Do you charge per lead?
Never. Plans are a flat monthly price. Capture as many leads as your channels bring in. The whole point is that you stop losing them.
Does the AI send messages on its own?
No. The AI writes drafts and suggests next steps, but anything going to a customer waits for your okay. The only things it does on its own are quiet chores like logging activity for you.
Which real estate boards do you support?
AscendCRM is Canadian-built and Canadian-hosted. Real estate customers get board data and dues built in, starting with Alberta boards (CREB, RAE, CARA, LDAR) and expanding province by province.
Can I bring everything from my old system?
