Questions, answered
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan costs nothing for one person, with no card needed: your pipeline, quotes, your own booking page, forms, expenses and a place for documents. Upgrade to Starter for email and website chat in one inbox and Tara working alongside you, or to Enterprise for invoicing and the books.
Do you charge per lead?
Never. Free and Starter are flat monthly prices, and Enterprise is priced for your team. Capture as many leads as your channels bring in. The whole point is that you stop losing them.
Does the AI send messages on its own?
No. Nothing Tara writes reaches a customer until you approve it. A few routine emails do go out on their own: appointment reminders, overdue-invoice reminders, review requests once you add your review link, and waiting-list offers.
Which real estate boards do you support?
AscendCRM is Canadian-built and Canadian-hosted. Real estate customers get budget templates for Alberta board and licence dues (CREB, RAE, CARA, LDAR). You add your listings and Matchmaker ranks them against each client's saved criteria; a direct board feed is not connected yet.
Can I bring everything from my old system?
Yes. Drop whatever it exports, contacts, price lists, your ledger accounts, open invoices, and Tara says what each file is and where it will land. Nothing imports until you approve it, and re-running a file can't double anything.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel anytime and your data exports cleanly. No lock-in.
