Sub-processors

The complete list of service providers that process personal information on Ascentsai's behalf when your business uses AscendCRM, what each one does, and where the data is processed. When this list changes in a way that matters, we update this page and note the date. If a provider is not on this page, we do not send your data to it.

Amazon Web Services, Canadian regions only. Calgary (ca-west-1) runs the application, the database, file storage, nightly backups and configuration secrets. Montreal (ca-central-1) runs the AI (Amazon Bedrock; prompts are not used to train models) and, once enabled, platform email such as password resets (Amazon SES). No other company is in the path: there are no analytics or tracking services, no third-party error or log collectors, and no advertising pixels anywhere on the site or the app.

Each of these is off until the owner of a workspace connects it, moves only the content your business chooses to send through it, and can be disconnected at any time: Stripe (card payments, processed in the United States; card numbers are entered on Stripe's own pages and never touch AscendCRM), Google (your own Gmail and Google Calendar), Microsoft (your own Microsoft 365 mailbox, calendar and Teams), Meta (your own Instagram, WhatsApp and Facebook messaging channels), Intuit (your own QuickBooks company), and Slack (notifications into your own workspace via a webhook you create). In every case your business already has its own relationship and agreement with that provider; connecting it to AscendCRM moves the copy we hold back to a place it already lives.

Stripe is the only provider on this page with no Canada-only processing option. Everything Ascentsai itself operates stays in Canada; if you take card payments, the payment details named above go to Stripe under its terms. This is disclosed in the Privacy Policy as well, and it is your choice per workspace.
