Terms of Service

AscendCRM is a trade name of Ascentsai Inc., a corporation registered in Alberta, Canada. In these terms, “AscendCRM”, “Ascentsai”, “we” and “us” refer to Ascentsai Inc.

By using ascendcrm.ca or app.ascendcrm.ca you agree to these terms. If you use AscendCRM on behalf of a brokerage or business, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. Enable two-factor authentication and notify us of any unauthorized use.

Use AscendCRM lawfully and in line with the messaging platforms you connect. Do not send communications your recipients haven’t consented to, and respect all applicable anti-spam and privacy laws, in Canada that includes CASL (consent, sender identification, and unsubscribe for commercial electronic messages). You are the sender of messages from your connected accounts.

AI features (including Tara, signals, briefings, summaries, and “Ask Tara”) produce drafts, suggestions and summaries from your own records. They may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing them, and no customer-facing message is ever sent without your approval.

AscendCRM provides software tools, including invoicing, ledgers, forecasts, and AI summaries, for your convenience. Nothing in the service is accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice, and the service is not a substitute for a qualified accountant, bookkeeper, or lawyer. You remain responsible for your books, filings, and business decisions.

If you connect Stripe, payments from your customers are processed by Stripe on your own Stripe account, under Stripe’s terms. Funds flow between your customers, Stripe, and you, Ascentsai is not a party to those sales, does not hold funds, and is not a payment processor or money services business. Some integrations are provided in demonstration mode and are labelled as such in the product; demo connections do not move real data or money.

Paid plans are billed monthly in CAD and cancellable anytime. Free plans may have usage limits. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices, plans and features are subject to change; the current details on this site govern.

We may add, change, or remove features, and we may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular business result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ascentsai Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

You are responsible for how you use the service, for obtaining any consents required to message the people you contact, and for complying with applicable laws (including anti-spam, privacy, and real estate regulations). You agree to indemnify Ascentsai Inc. against claims arising from your use of the service or your breach of these terms.

AscendCRM and the AscendCRM logo are trade names and marks of Ascentsai Inc. All other product names, company names, brand names and logos referenced on this site, including Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook and Messenger, MLS® and REALTOR®, and the real estate boards CREB, RECA, AREA, RAE, CARA, LDAR and CREA, are the trademarks of their respective owners. They are used for identification and compatibility only and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
